Paul Baker

Mr. Baker brings more than 30 years of management, financial and investment banking experience to Visible Productions. As the CEO of Visible Productions, a position he has held for almost a decade, Mr. Baker has guided the company through explosive growth including doubling the staff, profitability, and product expansion beyond human anatomy to include programs on bioterrorism, animals, and dentistry. Prior to joining Visible Productions, Mr. Baker was a partner and founder of Shenkin, Kurtz, Baker & Co., P.C., a premier regional tax planning and consulting firm. Mr. Baker's professional career began with PriceWaterhouseCoopers, a Big 4 accounting firm. Mr. Baker graduated in 1973 from the University of Colorado with a BS in Accounting. Under his direction, VP has increased the depth and breadth of its product base and developed strategic alliances with publishers, pharmaceutical companies, and other health and medical clients.

Rick Ellis

Mr. Ellis brings more than 30 years of sales and management experience in the corporate employee benefits and medical insurance business. As Executive Vice President, Mr. Ellis is responsible for Visible Productions' national sales and marketing effort. He oversees the corporate sponsorship program with Dr. Oz and the licensing and revenue sharing partnerships for the company's library of content.

Prior to joining Visible Productions, Mr. Ells was the President of COPIC Financial, an insurance brokerage and consulting firm in Denver that focused on Colorado's physician and dental communities. As the insurance broker for the Colorado Medical Society, Mr. Ellis created a comprehensive benefit program for all of CMS' physician members, their staff and families. Prior to COPIC Financial, Mr. Ellis was the Regional Sales Manager for two of the country's largest health insurance companies and worked in the Minneapolis, Boston and Chicago markets before returning to Colorado in 1984. He brings a first-hand understanding of the health care industry to VP.

Mr. Ellis graduated in 1975 from Colorado State University with a BS in Physical Science. He enjoys using VP's tools and talent to engage our customers in improving their overall health and wellness.

Lewis Sadler

Mr. Sadler brings extensive expertise in scientific research and medical illustration to his role as Science Officer at Visible Productions. Mr. Sadler was a professor for 27 years in the graduate colleges and professional colleges at Cornell University, the University of Michigan, the University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, and the University of Illinois. His faculty appointments spanned several disciplines including biomedical visualization, veterinary anatomy, neurosurgery and bioengineering. His research activities have focused on biomedical visualization, anatomical modeling and population-based morphometrics. Mr. Sadler has authored and co-authored hundreds of papers in peer reviewed journals. His research is included in the Museum of American History, Smithsonian Institution and he was honored by President George H. W. Bush. Mr. Sadler's research in computer modeling and simulation of human growth was honored by the National Museum of American History with the first Computer World/Smithsonian Award for Heroic Uses of Information Technology. The Smithsonian has included Mr. Sadler's research in its Oral History of Information Technology; Oral and Video History Project (Information Technology section); and World Wide Web History. Mr. Sadler earned an MS in Medical and Biological Illustration from the University of Michigan, an MA in Anthropology and is currently completing his PhD in Physical Anthropology at the University of Illinois at Chicago.

Ms. McClusky has over 20 years of experience in medical publishing, education, and content development. As Editorial Director and then Group Director, Strategic Communications at MediMedia, she directed content development and oversaw production of all programs for their medical education division. She has written, edited, and overseen the development of multi-component medical education programs, content and materials in virtually all media. As Editorial Director of both national and international education companies, she has directed the development of CME and promotional programs, publication plans, pre- and post-launch materials, patient information, sales training materials, symposia, exhibits, and scientific materials for internal use by pharmaceutical companies. She has also published medical commentary under her own name in such prestigious journals as the British Medical Journal.

Matt Faye

Mr. Faye has over 15 years in Applied Art and Graphic Design and brings a strong, creative management component to Visible Productions. He has spent the majority of his career on the creative side in the agency / communications industry where he developed an expertise in graphic design, multimedia program development, video production and creative department management. Matt joined the Company in 2003. Prior to VP, Matt was a partner with Lightsource Creative Communications and started his career in 1993 as a Graphic Designer with Invision Marketing and Design. Matt has a B.S. in Applied Art and Design from Cal Poly State University.

Dr. Stewart Greisman

Medical Director

Dr. Greisman is Board Certified in Emergency Medicine and a Life Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. He was the Medical Director of Emergency Medical Services at Swedish Medical Center in Englewood, Colorado for 20 years and VP of Emergency and Trauma Services for Columbia HealthOne in Denver. He continues to work in the Emergency Department of Vail Valley Medical Center. Dr. Greisman is a former Medical Director of United Healthcare of Colorado, and has served on the Colorado State Board of Medical Examiners. He has also served on the board of Copic Insurance Co. (the dominant medical malpractice carrier in the state).

Danny O'Reilly

Art Director - Animation

Danny has over 9 years of experience in biological animation and illustration. Danny received his Bachelors of Fine Arts from the Columbus College of Art and Design and his Masters of Fine Arts from the University of Michigan where he was an Adjunct Professor. Danny joined Visible Productions in 2003 and is responsible for all aspects of 3D visual storytelling, both technical and artistic.

Michael Jobman

Art Director - Motion Graphics

Mr. Jobman has spent more than 10 years designing in both print and digital media. His varied professional experience includes working in design studios and advertising agencies in Colorado and El Salvador. Michael joined Visible Productions in 2004 and is responsible for interface and content design in a variety of multi-media formats. He earned a Bachelor of Science degree in both Graphic Design and Illustration from John Brown University.

Mrs. Gramling joined the team at Visible Productions in early 2004. Before joining Visible Productions, she worked in the marketing department at Wolf Creek Ski Area. She has also worked closely with businesses in the Fort Collins area to provide valuable market research. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Colorado State University.

Kevin Brucker

Kevin joined the Visible Productions team in January, 2011. Prior to VP, he was a Group E-Media Manager for a global B2B media company. Account management, project management, and strategic planning were key areas of focus in this role. Kevin is a Certified Associate of Project Management, holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management, and holds a Master of Science degree in Computer Information Systems.
